RV series worm gear reducer NMRV torque arm

Category:

Description

The transmission device of the RV reducer consists of two parts: a first-level involute cylindrical gear planetary reduction mechanism and a first-level cycloidal pinwheel planetary reduction mechanism, that is, a closed differential gear train. The driving sun gear 1 is connected to the input shaft. If the involute center wheel 1 rotates clockwise, it will drive three planetary gears 2 arranged at 120° to revolve around the center of the center wheel and rotate counterclockwise. The three crankshafts 3 are fixedly connected with the planetary wheel 2 and rotate at the same speed, and the two cycloidal wheels 4 with a difference of 180° are hinged on the three crankshafts, mesh with the fixed pin wheel, and wrap around the needle on its axis. When the axle rotates, it also rotates in the opposite direction, i.e. clockwise. The output mechanism (ie, the planet carrier) 6 is driven by three pairs of crankshaft support bearings mounted on it, and transmits the rotation vector to the cycloidal wheel with a speed ratio of 1:1.
